A-LuiGi revolutionized the student admission process for Kolese Gonzaga by replacing an exhausting 10-day in-person interview cycle with a streamlined, video-based examination platform that handles everything in just 1 hour.
Kolese Gonzaga needed to evaluate thousands of prospective students through personal interviews — a process that took 10 days, dozens of interviewers, and enormous logistical effort. They needed a way to maintain the quality and personal touch of interviews while dramatically reducing time and resources.
We built A-LuiGi: a real-time video examination platform powered by WebRTC for live streaming and NLP-based AI for automatic speech transcription and analysis. Students record structured video responses that are processed, transcribed, and scored — enabling the school to evaluate 2000+ participants simultaneously.

Students see their scheduled sessions at a glance — interview (Wawancara) and talent assessment (Bakat & Kesenian) — each with countdown timers and clear status indicators.
Step-by-Step Tutorial
A guided tutorial walks students through the camera test, interview recording, and talent assessment — with checkmarks tracking their progress through each stage.
Video Submission Library
Administrators can search and review all submitted video recordings. Each entry shows the student name, submission batch, and question number for efficient evaluation.
Camera Compatibility Check
Before the real exam, students run a 60-second camera test to verify video and audio quality on their device — preventing technical issues during the actual interview.
